here’s some stuffs you can learn from
milton olson when it comes to “geese”:
Fact # 1
You ever wonder why some birds fly in “V”
formation?
it’s because when each goose flaps its wings,
it creates uplift for the birds that follow.
By flying in a “V” formation, the whole flock
adds 71% greater flying range than if each bird
flew alone.
Nuggets of wisdom: people who share a common
direction and sense of “community” can get
faster and easier to whatever goal they want
to accomplish because they are traveling on
the thrust of one another.

Fact # 2
Here’s an amazing thing, when a goose falls
out of that “V” formation and gets separated
from the flock, its natural instinct is to
go back to that flying formation to take advantage
of the lifting power of the bird immediately
in front of it.
Nuggets of wisdom: if we have as much sense
of a goose, we stay in formation with those
people who knows where they are going because
they will lead us to our destination. we should
be willing to accept their help and give our help
to others.

Fact # 3
Everybody gets tired. when the lead goose is
exhausted, it rotates back into the formation
and another goose takes his place to lead the
formation. all of them take turns in leading
the flock.
Nuggets of wisdom: it pays to take turns during
the hard tasks and sharing leadership. it’s not
good youre the “only” superstar in your MLM team.
Share the spotlight to your leaders.

Fact # 4
the geese flying in formation honk to encourage
those up front to keep up their pace.
Nuggets of wisdom: we need to make sure our “honk”
is encouraging. in group where there is encouragement,
the production is much greater.

Fact # 5
when a goose gets sick, wounded or shot down, two
geese will drop out from formation and follow it
down to help and protect it.they stay with it until
it either is able to fly again or dies. then, they
launch out with another formation to catch up with its
original flock
Nuggets of wisdom: if we have as much sense as geese,
we will stand by each other in difficult times as much
as when we are strong.
