you see, i have this slight tendency to get overly
redundant when i want to emphasize on something

here’s my goal, i want to see you enjoying a considerable
enormous huge massive whopping network in the future..
(ooppss. sorry, im back to being redundant. i cant help it! )
there are 2 ways to get leaders in your network…

here’s my goal, i want to see you enjoying a considerable
enormous huge massive whopping network in the future..

there are 2 ways to get leaders in your network…
First way to get leaders >> you build and develop them out from scratch…
sila yung tinatawag nating mga baguhan o bagito sa MLM.
i have a personal petname for them. ngayon ko pa lang to
sasabihin sa madlang people. i call them “uling” (what?)
“uling” are those guys who have just started in network marketing
with nothing to offer in your network – theyre afraid, they have no skills , very few contacts, low self esteem, but make no mistake coz
each of them got a huge heart and a winning attitude.
it may take time to train these neophytes from “nobody” into a “somebody” but it’s worth every time and effort you invested.
do you know diamonds are made of “uling” (charcoal)?
it takes hundred of years before your ordinary “uling” turns
into a diamond (your most expensive jewelry in the planet)
Second way to get leaders >> you “pirate” leaders to join your group…
you can convince “leaders” from other MLM companies to abandon their ship and join your network if you have what it takes to get them:
- youre an MLM investor (“sali ka samin. ako ang bahalang mag-invest sa grupo mo.“)
- youre a company owner (“i’ll give you a brand new car and house. plus FREE slots for your leaders basta lumipat ka lang sa company ko.“)
- youre an MLM leader yourself with proven track record (“sali ka sa grupo ko dahil lahat ng sinalihan kong companies eh pumutok. isasama kita sa tugatog ng tagumpay.”)
- youre a leader with great charisma ang convincing power (“kapag nandito ka sa grupo ko, pipitasin ko ang buwan at luluhod sayo ang mga tala, este your downlines“)
- youre on a pioneering company (“nasa pioneering stage tayo. tiyak kong magiging top-earner ka dito dahil magaling kang magdala ng tao at nauna tayo.”
- you have an irresistible offer (“kapag di ka sumali sa grupo ko.. bilang na ang mga araw mo.” just kidding)
- etc…
ouch! it’s like banging your head in the wall..
yeah. i know the feeling. it’s not easy…
let’s say by magical chance eh napasali mo ang isang leader sa grupo mo.. whats your assurance na tatagal siya sa network mo? what if merong lumapit sa kanya na mas maganda ang offer? what if mas “convincing” yung nasa kabilang company? (kuha mo?)
better develop leaders out from scratch.. they’re loyal.
they’ll stick with you thru thick and thin.
how about me (smurkydad)? i continue finding those “diamonds”.. (and i will never “stop” looking for them)
.. there’s this other way of getting leaders.. the 3rd way.. it’s called smurkydad’s way (i got the patent for this one coz i invented it. i applied for it’s intellectual property last month. just kidding)
i dont need to “pirate” them..
i dont need to “offer” them..
i dont need to “bribe” them..
…i just have to wait for them.. and then they “join”..
how?
i build relationship…
i maintain communication…
i collect leaders..
i make friends with them..
it’s about winning trust.. building credibility…
i dont care if it takes me 6 months to get that leader…
i dont care if it takes me 1 year for that leader to join…
i dont care if it takes me 2 years to win that leader…
here’s the thing..
.. some companies last…
.. others last longer…
.. and there are some companies that stays for a short while in the industry…
all i know is.. in all MLM companies, leaders come and go…
you see, when an MLM company is on the verge of lossing it’s grip in the market, leaders will start thinking for the welfare of his group… he’ll start considering an alternative MLM company where he can bring his group.. .and thats where smurkydad comes in… (and since i maintained contact to this leader for months or even years, and by the time he saw how credible and solid my leadership is, he’ll say the magic words, “smurkydad, count me in. i want to join your team.” – ang sarap pakinggan.)
i’ll just be on the background..
.. patiently waiting…
..and when the right time comes.. i’ll be there for his group… and will tell him with open arms “welcome to the family!”
what if after years of “waiting” he doesnt join my team? i dont care..
either way, it’s a WIN-WIN situation for me…

my line here is: i made new friends.. not just simple MLM friends but with “superstar” caliber.
